Little Cove Nature Resort:
We accepted All the Debit Card, Card Cards, Net banking and UPI Payments (Phone Pay, Google Pay, PayTm).
GST: 5% GST will be applicable.
Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show:
No refund will be provided. Date change or transfer is not allowed.
Cancellation Before Check-In (At Least 1 Day Prior):
50% of the booking amount will be refunded. Applicable 5% GST will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed only after the booking amount is successfully credited to our bank account. For Credit Card Payments it takes upto 5-6 days to reflect the payment in the account.
Blackout Day / Special Day Policy:
Bookings or check-ins made during blackout or special dates are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, modified, or transferred under any circumstances. No refunds will be issued.
Booking Date Transfer Policy:
We allow a one-time transfer or modification of bookings only in case of Medical Emergency. Further changes or transfers will not be permitted. Booking subject to availability.
Payment Failed:
In case of Payment Failed and Amount Debited to your account and Order will not proceed, Debited amount will be Auto refunded to your Bank account within 7 working days as per the Bank payment procedure.
